Ever since I had the pleasure to meet the company’s founder, Dr. Aki Hintsa, sixteen years ago on a flight to Barcelona while heading to the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix, I have believed in their holistic approach based on the Circle of Better Life model.

This morning, during a meeting in Helsinki with Managing Director Pekka Pohjakallio, we had a chance to catch up on company developments and discuss how they continue to assist international clients, including many Formula 1 drivers, to discover pathways to physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
