So great to start the year by catching up with Bonnie Hagemann while we are both in Florida. 

Bonnie is CEO of edainc.io and co-founder of Women Execs on Boards.

 EDA uses its HR/Culture Tech platform and deep experience of top-of-the-house executive development to create compelling cultures and advance the strategy of the companies it serves.

Bonnie and I have worked together on several executive development engagements across the USA during the past ten years highlighting my ‘Business Lessons from Formula 1 Racing’ programs. 

I am particularly keeping an eye on EDA's work using SaaS and AI solutions to enable organizations to monitor culture in real time.
